Definitely not looking to make many (if any really) changes to him or Apollo. The two of them are probably some of my most widely used designs, so "if it ain't broke" feels like it applies. Mostly just thinking through if anything would be needed to help setup future faction building better, but that'll probably be more on Apollo than here.

Didn't even try with the second power on converting to 2.0 language. It made my brain hurt. I do feel like it can be trimmed as it sounded like we were moving toward allowing more things to counter attack special attacks. This already could do that, but the weird "if he isn't the one targeted" loop hole could probably be cut with that in mind.

I think the "and" is still necessary on the last power as it is intended that Midnighter has to be engaged to boost Apollo's attack.

Updated text in those places. I am considering adding Operatives and "allied The Authority faction characters" or whatever text there, as I think it might be something down the line to differentiate Superman's Authority by them not being Operatives (other than Apollo and Midnighter, which obviously are).

You want "The Authority faction figures" in the first mention. I'd say "figures in the The Authority faction" but it should be clear why I'm not.

Also, any chance on calling the faction just "Authority"?

I guess while the book is often titled "The Authority" most references look more like "the Authority" (like "the Justice League") so I would say it is fair to make it just Authority.
