I'm liking B or C. The JL just doesn't stand out well enough for my liking on option A.

Also, out of curiosity, where did the mini pics end up coming from here? It's not linked in the OP. Did we get in touch with that photographer we discovered, or did Sock get the mini from Karat?

Alright, it seems a little torn between A and B for the most part...

We could always go with a lighter grey, to kind of meet in the middle(as the white doesn't make the JL pop, but the black I feel takes away from the blue):





Or if the grey isn't doing it, there's always a light blue which has the same effect:





I'm convinced that's the way to go.

Once everyone chimes in between those 2 final options(IMO, a nice compromise between the 2 favored options, both with their own flaws addressed), we should be good for release later today. I have addressed Sir G's, Viegon's, and Ronin's fixes pointed out in the OP.

The light blue looks slightly better. Yea for release once the markers are settled btw.

I'm liking the light blue over the grey. It gives off a classic comic book feel with the lighter more muted color as an accent to the darker blue and white. Helps make the JL pop, and doesn't blend in with the darker blue like the black did when viewed from any sort of distance. So I'm thinking that's my personal choice, unless people hate it.

They're really close and I probably won't notice the difference when they print off, but, yeah, slight edge to light blue.

Alright, 4 in a row, that's as good as it's going to get. I think we reached a natural evolution from where we started, with several points addressed and solutions made. We're good to go @japes . Down to @TrollBrute for release once the cards get updated.

Unless you guys like the alternate approach which would be to make the blue a bit brighter and more vibrant, to help stand out from the black. Accomplishes the same thing, but with black. Either way, I've changed these things at least a hundred times in photoshop, so I've driven myself crazy. We're sticking with the light blue, unless people start loving the black before japes gets here.



So if japes sees it and nobody else has pushed for the black, I'm leaving it alone. Otherwise we'll never get this out. lol
