I assume her bursts of power/attacks are wrapped up in the Range 3 and Attack 4--solid numbers. I'm not a fan of Range 3 attacks, but that's your call. I can see the choice making sense here.

The last sentence isn't squeezed it. I took it off of Ultron. The intent was that only telepathic attack and light based attacks could get through her armor so I may need to reword that. Thanks for the feedback.

Good catch by V. I believe the intent of the power is for it be "or" not "and".

When defending with Armor against a figure that is not a Telepath and or does not have the Sensory Assault special power, each shield rolled counts for one additional block. Armor's defense number cannot be reduced by any special power.

I know the intent is to protect Armor unless he's attacked by either a Telepath or a figure with Sensory Assault. So I''ve been sitting here thinking whether the wording will cover this, or whether it would only allow figures who are both a Telepath and have Sensory Assault to bypass the doubled shields.

Putting my poor brain cells to the task, I find myself thinking of Burt's Beer. Concentrate, David! Yes, if a figure is a Telepath without Sensory Assault (or vice versa), then the wording will bypass the doubled shields.

Could a Telepath or figure with Sensory Assault reduce the defense number? I'm thinking not, and that the Telepath/Sensory Assault bypasses just the doubled shields.

Nice ability. I think this will be particularly useful in protecting him from squad attacks (unless my dice tower says otherwise).

Final Thoughts
Not being familiar with the X-Men, I sometimes have trouble telling the good guys from the bad guys, other than some obvious figures from the movie I watched (the first one). The Outcast Class is helping as well. I imagine this would be on Professor X's side, so he'll be with the other Telepaths.

You should probably wiki some of these characters. Armor is a girl. But yes she is a good guy so she'll be with most of the Telepaths.

I'm pretty sure it should be "and" in the middle of those two phrases and even davidlhsl agreed with me. If you check the criteria step by step as you go through the power, it makes more sense with the "and".

Actually thinking through it again, I think BOTH "and" or "or" could be used in this sentence.

Also, right now, Armor (and Jubilee) could take a turn after Multiple Man or any future Common Mutant. Just noticed that, I kinda like that. I'm not sure if you guys had noticed.

Hmm ... the problem I'm starting to see is that the text can easily be rules lawyered ... for instance, Professor X is a figure that does not have the Sensory Assault special power, thus he fulfills criteria #2, this the power works against him. Now, obviously, that's not the intent, but right now it could be argued that, whether you use "and" or "or," it would take a figure that was both a Telepath and had Sensory Assault to get around the power.

I think we need to be a tad more heavy handed, like so:
