Nah, it's because she only uses the gun to copy what others do with their guns. She doesn't know how to shoot in an "original" way.

Kind of silly sure that she can't use a gun without copying someone, but it's part of the way the mechanics of capturing her theme had to work. But just pair her with someone that has a range of 10 with a bow and then she can suddenly shoot her gun 10 spaces, nevermind that no other handguns we have shoot that far. So it's a wonky tradeoff of not enough range for a handgun or too much range available for a handgun. It works though for her.

She just grabs a bow and shoots the gun from that.

Besides, how many archers do you know that can outshoot hand guns by twice as much? So it's all silly anyway.

Echo doesn't have an Online Sprite.

EDIT: Nor does either Speedy, Falcon or the Skrull Infiltrator, apparently. And Rl'nnd's is shown twice!

A lot of less-frequently-used units don't. I think Dysole and ZJ are the guys to talk to about that.
