Is he supposed to be able to get autowounds on the counterstike thing for Special Attacks? That's not something we typically do and it seems like it only got there from the wording cribbed from Spider-Man.

It was tested that way too, right? So long as it was intended and tested that way, I don't see any obvious problems.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but we have done previous counterstrikes that affect SAs. Which isn't to say they aren't an issue, but I also don't think Splash is treading new ground here.

We have, but we had some extra restrictions (like needing line of sight) on those. And we are generally hesitant about it. So like, if we do it here, we probably do need to have the foe needing to be in line of sight.
