SUPPRESSED RAGE
Anytime Bruce Banner receives one or more wounds, immediately remove Bruce's figure from the battlefield and place Hulk's figure on that space. Before rolling for initiative each round, if Incredible Hulk is on the battlefield and is not adjacent to any enemy figure, remove Hulk's figure from the battlefield and place Bruce's figure on that space. After switching the figures, if they were not destroyed, you may remove all but one wound marker from both Army Cards. Destroyed figures cannot be placed on the battlefield with this special power.

Does this get what you were thinking of SirG? If we went this route, I would definitely drop his life to 3.

Looks good to me! Just to make sure I'm clear, with this wording, if Bruce Banner was destroyed and you still controlled an undestroyed Hulk, you'd still place Hulk on the battlefield, correct?
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

That's what the intent was. I wonder if we shouldn't go the route of allowing him to change into any figure with the Secret Identity of Bruce Banner.

Yeah, I like that! That way a future Mr. Fixit could work as well ... Spidey might object ... but we could just avoid putting the Bruce Banner ID on a future Maestro to help somewhat placate him.

No, I think the only two that have issues would really be Green Scar and Maestro, so just don't give them Bruce Banner Secret Identity. Mr. Fixit actually changed alot into Bruce, he just drugged himself first, so he wouldn't ruin his own good thing. Smart Hulk would change into a dumb, angry Banner too for what its worth.

In theory you are correct, but not once did Green Scar change to Bruce in the whole Planet Hulk story. And I am pretty sure Maestro has overcome that facet of himself too. I must confess I did not read all of the Maestro stories though.
