Just seems high for a single attack 4L/5A Hero whose only power lets you use another of your OMs out of sequence to have another single attack.

Well, don't forget you can use the "X" to activate her power, and you can (or may be forced to) take up to 4 turns off of one OM. Getting to attack 4 times with 5 dice will, in the right scenario, allow you to kill your target before they even get to attack you. Plus, the playtests all seemed to support her cost of 240.

I think she may just be one of those designs that will be more impressive on the board than on paper.
