dead eye dan question
i fight with an ullar army and draft dan all the time now if i use saylunds teleporter and tele him next to her can he use his special powers?

Yep. As long as he doesn't move during his turn. You could move him around with Theracus or Brunak as well.

If you mean right after being transported, during Saylind's turn, no. If you mean on his next turn, if you didn't move him during his turn then, yes. 1 turn is one, basically, one order marker.
