Seems pretty cool how a big 7 hex can turn into a bunch of smaller 1 hex ones, same with the 3 hex take. I think on the random direction roll, instead of a re-roll I would just have them not move on the roll of a 1 or 20.

Look good! I'd change Celestial Body to this, however:

At the end of each round, roll one unblockable attack die against each figure you control occupying an asteroid space that has at least one Wound and that is not a Construct, Destructible Object, or Event Hero. If the figure has Super Strength, it receives a wound on a blank instead of a skull.

What if the asteroid or meteor has crashed and is on a planet?

Thematically, it should turn into lava field.

Fair. Which justifies the damage. I can make that change. Worry a tad about space on the Meteor.

Maybe we can shorten it a little:

GRAVITATIONAL PULL
At the end of each round, if this Meteor is on a Cosmos space, use the Gravitational Dial to determine a random direction for this Meteor and move it up to two spaces in that direction. A Meteor can only be moved this way. It must be moved in a straight line until it has moved a full two spaces, it moves adjacent to another terrain piece that is height 1 or higher, or it cannot legally occupy the next space. After moving this Meteor, if it was moved at least one space, roll one unblockable attack die against each figure adjacent to it.

Also for the compass thingy, I suggest:
* If you roll a 1, choose an opponent to move this meteor.
* If you roll 2-4, move this way on the 7-hex.
* If you roll 5-7, move this way on the 7-hex.
* If you roll 8-10, move this way on the 7-hex.
* If you roll 11-13, move this way on the 7-hex.
* If you roll 14-16, move this way on the 7-hex.
* If you roll 17-19, move this way on the 7-hex.
* If you roll a 20, you may move this meteor.

Just realized there's no way for it not be on a cosmos space unless it moves on top of a 0-height tile.

Depends on the map build.

I think I prefer YK's suggestion of no movement on the off numbers on the compass.
