The blanks inflicting auto wounds is a cool mechanic we haven't really seen as much of before, but the second version does scan as "rage" a bit more, I think.

The blanks being autowounds could get really out of hand really quickly, too. With Red Skull backing her to try to reroll everything into blanks would be pretty bonkers, if you can pull it off.


I imagined the Viltrumites as being conquerors. I don't recall the synergies we have there though. I also like sadistic, as that puts her into the Crime Syndicate which feels pretty fun.

Consistent offense, acrobatic, and can throw all the household utensils.
I was going to do a more Hero Killer type power since he's at his best when he goes after DD or Hawkeye or somebody, but I think another generalist take couldn't hurt.

DEDICATED ASSASSIN
At the start of the game, you may choose one Unique Hero to be Bullseye's Target. Whenever Bullseye rolls defense against an opponent's normal attack, you may immediately choose any empty space within 3 spaces of him that is no more than 10 levels above or below Bullseye's base. Place Bullseye on the chosen space. If the chosen space is adjacent to Bullseye’s Target, he may roll one unblockable attack die against his Target. When Bullseye uses Dedicated Assassin, if he is engaged he will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

”I NEVER MISS”/PERFECT AIM
When attacking with Bullseye’s normal attack, if no blanks are rolled, all shields rolled count as additional skulls.

DEADLY BARRAGE SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 1. Attack 1.
Instead of moving and attacking normally with Bullseye, you may move him up to 5 spaces. Bullseye can attack up to 5 times with Deadly Barrage Special Attack at any point before, during, or after this move as long as he is on a space where he could end his movement. Bullseye cannot attack the same figure more than once in a single turn. Figures may not roll defense dice against Deadly Barrage Special Attack.

Just reread Perfect Game, which is an fantastic character study on Bullseye (and probably even better if you like baseball).

Thinking more about how he likes to go after heroes.

CAPE KILLER
Once per round, when Bullseye attacks a figure with the Super Strength, Flying, or Blind Warrior special power with a normal attack, he may attack that figure an additional time.

It should be reusable in case the Cape-Killers ever get designed.

It could probably be instead of his Target power and he could wait for MrNobody's Hired Hit story card.

Blind Warrior feels like an odd thematic fit there, especially if you want it reusable.

I would think Cape Killer would also see good reuse on a future Billy Butcher card. I think I've found a super easy mod figure for him.

INTERPOL TEAM-UP
At the start of the game, choose up to two other Unique Heroes that are Agents or Soldiers you control to be her Partners, and one class to be their Perp. After revealing an Order Marker Chun-Li’s or a Partner’s card, you may immediately move or attack with one of the others. When Chun-Li or her Partners roll attack or defense dice against their Perp, you may roll one additional die.

COMBO CHOREOGRAPHY
If Chun-Li inflicts at least 1 wound on a figure she is engaged with, that figure cannot move this turn whilst still engaged with Chun-Li. After attacking on her turn, once per turn, she may either:
-attack the same figure with a normal or special attack. Or,
-move up to 3 spaces and attack an adjacent figure with a normal attack, taking no leaving engagement attacks. During this attack, roll one additional attack dice.

HYAKURETSUKYAKU SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 1. Attack 3.
After attacking with this special attack, Chun-Li may attack 3 additional times. When defending against this attack, the defending figure subtracts 1 from their defense for each previous attack made with this special attack this turn that rolled at least 1 skull.

Been brainstorming a Chun-Li (II) on discord and this is where we're at. Pretty happy with where she’s heading but could probably still do with a few tweaks. Main priority is for her to work alongside Cammy and Guile, who are the characters she usually works alongside (often both at the same time).

Looks good. 6 Defense feels a little good especially with the extra die against her target but with no defensive power it may be OK.
What point range are we thinking here? 200 is a nice round number.
