Interesting design. My one thought is that Celebrity Status seems like it should just affect all Commons instead of just Human commons.

There's an alternate universe Spider-Man that becomes a promoter. I think he'd make more sense as a 'turn someone into a celebrity' kinda guy than a celebrity hub or anything, though.

Soundwarp had an idea or two about Celebrity synergy in the form of The Order (short-lived Marvel team from the mid-noughts).

Also, haven't a clue about context, but it seems like a shame for Judge Tyrannosaurus to not be a Judge, especially with Celebrity Status communicating the Celebrity part.

Celebrity Status is kind of a goofy power, but maybe that's not such a bad thing here.

He is not a Judge. He escapes from somewhere and by chance stops some criminals. The people rejoice and have that badge made for him. He of course becomes a menace, so Celebrity Status lowering their defense really works as it hurts the Civs.

For sure. He is one of the weirder characters. I remember reading an interview about the writer(or maybe the artist) and I think he was little embarrassed by the story.

He was talking about all the great story lines before and after his time and said some thing like "and I had Dredd fighting a T-Rex Judge".
