Third one is more a grown version of Tim so not very YJ looking.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

I have him at 210-230 as written. Calculator puts his stats at 100 points and he has three solid powers. Essentially short distance flying + disengage, so I rate that a 3 (same as flying), plus consistent turn bonding (very valuable, so I put it at a 4), and an Order Marker viewing/defensive reduction power (3 or 4). I'd probably say 210, just because it's hard to see him as worth more than Nightwing in the role. If you want to shoot for 150, might need to reduce some stats/effectiveness of powers.
