Placed figures are considered to occupy the same spaces as Iron Giant, share his hit zone, and are never adjacent to or in clear sight of enemies. Before this card is flipped or Iron Giant is defeated, you must place any figure occupying Iron Giant adjacent to him.

BE SUPERMAN
When Iron Giant defends, all blanks count as blocks. When an ally within 2 spaces of Iron Giant is attacked normally, you may place him adjacent to that ally, taking any swipes. If you do, you may defend with Iron Giant instead.

If an enemy inflicts 2+ wounds on Iron Giant or an ally within clear sight, or defeats them, flip this card. You may then move any of your unrevealed Order Markers to this card.

ENERGY CANNON SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 8. Attack 3.
All figures adjacent to the target are also affected. Roll +1 attack die for each skull, to a max of 5 additional dice. After using this ability it is negated until this card is flipped.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE A GUN
At the end of your turn, if there are no enemies within 3 spaces of Iron Giant, flip this card.

I'm not sure what the Publisher should be but I went with Warner Bros. since it's a Warner Bros. movie.

Wording needs a little work here still. Energy Cannon is a tough one to word in 2.0 lingo, we'd usually say +1 Attack rather than the "roll additional dice".

For YOU ARE WHO YOU CHOOSE TO BE, I'm not sure what the exact trigger is meant to be, since "before moving" can mean a ton of different things. Before who moves how?

Under BE SUPERMAN it's not clear what's going on with the movement. Is he just being teleported here (in which case it should be a place ability). Does he get a move action?

Slight wording tweak suggestion:

TRI SCORPION CANNONS has very confusing timing. When exactly is the damage die rolled?

For BE SUPERMAN I made it a placement, though made Iron Giant take swipes. I think that's cleaner than making it a move action.
