Re: The Book of Invisible Man - VOTE for Initial
Is the betrayal supposed to remove him from the game completely? Or are his other powers intended to allow him to be placed back onto the board? If the latter, he'd need a "If he is on this card" clause to allow that, as powers are active if figures aren't on the board by default.
If the former, I'd always opt to just insta-kill your 110 point figure over looking at a few OMs. So I think that power could possibly use some tweaks yet, but I don't mind feeling the design out and moving from there. Yea after checklist. |

Checklists are good. Sorry again about that, I felt like I was forgetting something.
This passes! His best armies should be Crime Syndicate, Injustice League, and Investigator builds. |

Re: The Book of Invisible Man - Ready for Initial
Would Tormentor(or Slasher?) as a class make sense here? Then maybe Insane as a personality?
Would be kind of cool to see him in Slasher/Tormentor builds outside of the LoEG faction. |

Re: The Book of Invisible Man - Ready for Initial
I don't think that would be a better fit than Sadistic Psychopath for the LXG Invisible Man, but...
He is something of a horror icon, albeit lesser known than say Dracula, in the Universal films. I think Insane Tormentor/Slasher fits the character in most film adaptations (old or new) and could work just fine if we wanted a more all encompassing lunchbox version that covers every aspect of the character. Personally for me, LXG movie Invisible Man > H.G. Wells Invisible Man > LXG comic Invisible Man. Just these three all have varying characterizations, so throwing in the Universal renditions to give him better synergy and broader appeal would be fine with me. It might be a contested issue though so I'll let others weigh in. |

Re: The Book of Invisible Man - Ready for Initial
Tormentor especially in the sense that doesn't he use his powers to commit crimes and mess with others, including killing etc.?
Just a thought. I know the Slasher/Tormentor faction has a lot of initiative help, so he'd feel like a natural fit, beyond his horror ties. Whereas, I'm not sure the Psychopaths have much going on? |

Re: The Book of Invisible Man - Ready for Initial
Yeah I think Insane Tormentor would be a good fit.
I've been on a horror binge lately and just watched the new Candyman, I've heard the new Invisible Man movie is pretty good too so might watch that one next. He's supposed to be a super creepy stalker in that one I think. |
