If it is too strong I will take out the "and roll one additional die when defending" but yes definitely want him to help even non metal men become resistant to a few things.

Also changed all figures adjacent to all allied figures but I am sure there are some other wording issues for it to fit into 2.0 language.

Sweet! I wonder if we could mesh the first 2 powers together like so:

LEAD SHIELD
Allies adjacent to Lead gain Toxic Resistance, Fire Resistance, Light Resistance, and have +1 Defense. Lead and all adjacent allies in the Metal Men faction have +1 block when defending.

On most cards, I'd usually be against repeating a single word over and over again in ability names (LEAD XXX and LEAD YYY, etc.) but on the Metal Men it almost serves as a joke.

Huh, it never occurred to me that we straight up do not have the Metal Men at the moment, that's crazy. Any plans for a Will Magnus design as some sort of leader or support for them? Lead's looking like a pretty cool defender to me at the moment.

I do like combining the powers under one title. Wording is cleaner and leaves space for a possible negative power if needed to bring cost down. Maybe a SODA MACHINE DISTRACTION negative power. Again only needed as this needs to be a 6 hero team at 1000 points ultimately.

Any preference on which power title to use? Lead Shield is certainly shorter and again keeps the running joke of putting lead on paper as much as possible.

I wanted to keep the leadership abilities on Gold if possible. As it would really be a stretch to get a 7 card team to hit 1000 points. However a Prof X vs Cyclops thing could be in order down the road. (better pure leadership vs better on field tactical leadership).

I wouldn’t mind seeing them come in quite a bit under 1,000 but be able to combine into Alloy, who’d be worth a bit and push them to 1,000

How feasible is it to keep each one under 150? Because if you run 6 at 150 each that only leaves 100 points for Alloy which I'm imagining is gonna be way too little for him.

Metal Men would be cool. I like the mechanics you have there. I haven't read enough of these guys to say what the thematic team is (i.e. including/excluding Magnus or Alloy), but as long as you can include all the main 6 Metal Men in a 1000-point team, I'm happy.

Eh, that's what Cap is at. It's definitely the upper level of what we should do (and I certainly wouldn't mind 4D, especially as a cost-saver) but it's not out of the normal bounds.
