I could try it, but I don't know if he needs the boost as badly as GR does - with GR, you're giving up your attack to go all-or-nothing on Penance Stare, so you really need those odds to improve for it to be an attractive option. Red Hulk's attack bonus is something that he doesn't have to risk anything to use.

I do like how it emphasizes the Hulk half of Hulk/Ghost Rider a bit more if he just gets angry in general when his guys die instead of being targeted in his vengeance.

I guess my question is: is this guy wild and smashy, or collected and precise?

On a sliding scale from focused to rampage-y, he's much more on the focused side.

Why is GR not linked in the Bio? Is it a different GR?
Does Red.Hulk have the heat thing going like regular Red Hulk?

Yeah, it's the Alejandra Ghost Rider and not Blaze. She's the one on the bike with him there in the comic art.

Ross could still do the heat/energy absorption stuff, but not to the same extent, I don't think - he was de-powered a bit between Jeph Loeb's run and Jeff Parker's run.

OK, yeah, then keeping the bonus to specific figures who do the destroying makes more sense.

Maybe up his base attack, though, since the bonus is so tentative?

You may ignore Red Hulk's height when moving up levels of terrain.

Looks great to me.

Playing with the calculator, 10 Life probably gets you most solidly in that range. 9 MIGHT do it. His powers really aren't that powerful with the "before moving" restriction on the first, the second being much less useful than Super Leap or Flying, and the third being mostly a very conditional +1 attack.

First power could be after moving? I'm not too fussed about that. A bunch of limiters on his stuff are there because an early version of the design was Unique instead of Event.

After moving would be decidedly better, IMO. It means that with uneven terrain around and his disengage, he's pretty much always attacking from height advantage and is able to more effectively pull people out of defensive pods.

With that change, I think you can get away with 9 Life.
