That's good I woulda nabbed it, but shipping kinda sucks to to the great north.

I was hoping to get 2 packs since I don't have any wave 4, but at least my Blastatrons won't be worthless now lol.

More likely they just 'found' some Wave 4 in the warehouse or they got a return.

If Wave 4 was getting a re-release we'd have heard from our site sponsors.
