  A: No. The "before moving" on powers like Carry refers to the entire movement phase. Since you have to end your movement when you step on a glyph, that implies your entire movement phase has already ended at that point. You do not get multiple movement phases without multiple turns or special powers that specifically allow you to have multiple movement phases.

• Q: If a figure goes through the Boom Tube and appears within range of another figure who has a special power that is dependent upon moving within a specific range, does that power activate? An example would be War Machines Auto Chain Gun.
  
  A: Yes. Most other special powers that are dependent upon a figure ending their movement within a specific range are activated whether the figure walks, flies or is placed within the specific range of the special power.

Hmm, some tweaks:

  A: No. The "before moving" on powers like Carry refers to the normal movement of a figure, during its Movement phase. Since a figure has to end its movement when it steps on a glyph, the normal movement of the figure would also end at that point, meaning it had to have begun earlier. As soon as the normal movement ends, any Carried figures are placed. Then the figure can be moved by the Boom Tube, but since this is not a normal movement, Carry would not activate.
  

• Q: If a figure goes through the Boom Tube and appears within range of another figure who has a special power that is dependent upon moving within a specific range, does that power activate? An example would be War Machine's Auto Chain Gun.
  
  A: Yes. Most other special powers that are dependent upon a figure ending their movement within a specific range are activated whether the figure walks, flies, leaps or is placed within the specific range of the special power. Movement with the Boom Tube would most closely resemble the last of these.

I love this glyph. I played it recently on a map with lots of towers; it made it almost too easy for the melee heavy hitters to get to the opponent's range, but it sure was cool.

Agreed. We house ruled the Boom Tubes so they only can transport you to the top of buildings. We found this helped to balance things out with the heavy hitter melee units. (You can thwart them by filling up the spaces on top.)
Sometimes we use Tube to Tube teleportation and have a half dozen or so Boom Tubes(mainly on the Spider-Man cupcake stand map).

Can a figure be thrown through the Boom Tube? For example: Abomination throws the figure onto the Boom Tube, would the figure then be placed within 10 spaces? If it is the case, would the person controlling Abomination choose where the figure is placed, or would the owner of the thrown figure choose where he/she is placed?

How about Colossus's Fastball Special, would he be able to throw a figure through the tube? (though they have to end within 5 clear sight spaces, so maybe not)

How about Magneto's Magnetic assault?

Basically...is it ever possible to go through the tube without it being your own voluntary movement?

It says, "When one of your figures stops here, you may......"

First off, it's an optional power. Anything that says "you may" means that you don't have to but you can if you want.

Second, it's meant to be on your turn, when moving/stopping on the glyph and stopping on it, since you have to stop when moving onto a glyph.

Now if you throw one of your own figures onto the glyph (with Magneto, Jean Grey etc.), since it's on your turn, I believe they should be able to use the Boom Tube to teleport. There's nothing saying, "during your normal move" to indicate that it is limited to only working during your normal movement.

That said, Fastball Special wouldn't work for it because the conditions of FBS say that you have to place your figure up to 5 spaces and adjacent to an opponent's figure and then roll the d20 for damage. So while you could us FBS to throw your figure onto the Boomtube if there is an opponent's figure adjacent to it, you wouldn't be able to use the Boomtube because you must use it immediately after stopping on it if you are going to use it, not "after you complete FBS by rolling the d20 for damage".

So to me, as long as there are no mandatory conditions of a power that you have to complete after your figure is placed with a throw type power on your turn, then I would think that you could use it after you throw one of your figures onto it. A figure being placed = being moved.

One thing I just noticed upon re-reading the text for this glyph. It's missing "spaces" after 10.

It says, "within 10 of the glyph" where it should say, "....within 10 spaces of the glyph"
