Um the second question has been asked I believe when the rules lawyers were asking about the difference between moved, and placed. It has been ruled that "placed" is synonymous with "moved"

For a potential addendum to this question:

With the addition of Stealt flying to the abilities list, does Taelord have stealth flying, which seems logical, or disengage proper, as a separate power, which was what he was changed to have?

He has Disengage, its in the FAQ.

No, I realize he was changed to have disengage, but this new stealth flying power seems to be what the designers had in mind when they made him have disengage.

Why would they errata him again? A lot of people still don't know that he has disengage.

Don't I know it. Meh, just idle noodling. Stealth flying seems like what they were going for all along, they just hadn't put it on any other cards yet. But, I guess not.
