Cool! Glad you're digging it. I didn't prioritize more Hack/Slash stuff after Cassie because it didn't seem like there was a ton of in-Sanctum interest at the time, and I had to appeal to the other Heroes/Legends to get more eyes on this design and keep it from stalling out.

I think LO and Soundwarp being Heroes now would make it easier to design more, though, and having Cassie does beg a Vlad. Not totally sure I'll be the one to do it, but I'd love to see Cassie's world expand as well. I openly encourage looting of my various workshop threads by any interested Heroes/Sidekicks.

Whatever design opportunities I get as a Legend will probably be more focused on Venom stuff (and closing out my two open LDs), in the near future.

Hack/slash is fantastic. Definitely recommended for anyone who likes goofy horror (though the comic gets real heavy at times too)

Wouldn't know where to start on Samhain. His story is nuts later in the series.

I haven’t quite wrapped up his story but I guess I’d simplify. Maybe make him a Slasher with a Divided Loyalties power like Talia and give him a Secret Identity to sell the theme?

The Samhain we have is from the Trick 'r Treat film (Which I assume has a comic too, I wasn't here for that decision). The Hack/Slash Samhain is a comic character exclusively. The comic is by and large a parody of classic horror films and tropes, but it's a solid comic with an awesome story.
