Aquilla might get the dragon hunters in the bios or a yellow or tan dragon.

If Utgar gets a new dragon, it needs to be black or a very dark red.

I'd love to see some of the Nhah Scrih (I believe that's what they're called) fighting for Utgar. Sure, they won't be a competitive dragon... but they're dragon slayers, and as such, would be thematic!

Or perhaps we should give them to Aquilla instead, to give her more of an outcast feel. Then Utgar can get another dragon. A more evil one, though... maybe with armor! Like, a Dragon Warlord... yeah, that would be sweet...

I'm not disagreeing with you that much, I mean come on, a shadow dragon would be awesome! All I'm saying is that I'd prefer Aquilla to get one first, maybe a wyvern like you and NYY's said. Really, I'm fine with any more figures for Heroscape, as long as they come out within 3-5 months, I've like every single one so far. I'd prefer Aquilla to get a dragon before Utgar gets another one, but any new figure makes me happy. .

I am about to make the same point about Mimring... and then I turned the page and there the comment was made for me! Mimring might be "out-classed" by Nilf or Zelrig or what have you, but Mimring might be the dragon I have the most fun playing, when used in conjunction with the Arrows.

How is Mimring weak? He one of the best dragons in the whole game! He's MUCH better then Charos.

Don't get me wrong, I like using Mimring, as I like using Grut armies. Obviously, he can be used effectively (see Taeblewalker's great Unit Strategy Review article).

BUT even with bonding, pound for pound he's not as good as the others. He's comparitively "weak" b/c he has defense of only 3 AND his Fireline SA is very difficult to use effectively against an attentive opponent.

In any event, if Utgar is to have fairly low cost dragons, doesn't it make sense for him to have several? He is the ultimate evil general in The Battle of All Time!!

I also have to stick up for Charos - I've had him TOTALLY take over games for me when I was down for the count. I haven't seen Mimring do that (though I'm sure he has done jaw dropping things for others).

I don't think he's all that weak. As long as you don't go in expecting to catch 3 or 4 figures at a time with his Fire Line attack, you'll do fine. If you use the Fire Line attack to attack figures from 8 spaces away, you'll be too far away for most ranged figures (map dependent of course). Like most fantasy fans, I love dragons. But, five of them is plenty.

Dragon release... I'm luke warm on that.

But how cool would it be if they gave each general a different rider...Ullars could be an elf riding a bear or an elk. Vydars could me a soulborg riding a robotic cougar. etc etc.
