Nice card. I would use their ability every chance I get. The chance of dealing 2 damage to opp is much greater than dealing 1 damage to yourself, and even if your goblin does take 1 damage, they still have 2 life left!

And just to clarify: You can use the ability once per turn with one goblin (not all of them).

Can all three attack as normal AND use the special power? It doesn't say instead of attacking or anything.

Yes, you get to do both. It doesn't say whether its before or after moving either.

I think only one of them would be able to use the power though. "pick a goblin javalineer you control" "use this power once per turn"

Yes, only one of them, but it appears that all three still get to use their normal attack as well.
