ACCELERATED HEALING FACTOR

No real changes here other than Faction tag. With the tag could he get a new Class? Special Attack could probably use some wording help.

I think you could drop the attack reduction on Feral Instinct.

Class is an interesting one. I hate to lose Outcast and/or see the Brotherhood linited exclusively to its own group (whereas theoretically you could get some pieces from other universes/properties as Outcasts for crossover.)

I'd drop the range from the special attack. It's not really a range 4 attack. The "range" is explained in the text of the ability.

I think Creature could be a fun one for him if we are keeping that as a class.
