Character Bio - Edward Lavell took over the super-powered costume and identity of the Eel from the original Eel, Leopold Stryke, who had died by then. As the new Eel, Lavell first ran afoul of Power Man and Iron Fist when he and Man-Mountain Marko unsuccessfully attempted to free the Maggia boss known as Hammerhead from police captivity while being transported to a new prison. Later, he was hired by the criminal Nightshade and assisted her in her attempt to rob the people attending a New York City society event. This time the Eel was defeated by Iron Fist and the former criminals Stiletto and Discus, whom Nightshade had tried to force to help her...the Eel became the leader of one of the Maggia faction and a major crime power. When attacking with this special attack, you may choose up to 2 figures within 3 spaces of each other. If you chose 2 figures and they both received a wound, they receive one additional wound each. When defending against this special attack, figures occupying water spaces subtract 1 shield from whatever is rolled.

ELECTRIC SKIN 12
If any figure without the Electrically Charged special power moves adjacent to Eel, you must roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 12 or higher, that figure receives one wound, and you may roll again for Electric Skin. Figures may be initially targeted only as they move adjacent to Eel.

Do you have any goals when it comes to points? A Maggia Army build you are trying to make maybe? A general range based on perceived power level?

As far as team make up goes:
Hammerhead 150
Eel 170
Silvermane 200/260?
Goons x7/x8
1000 pts

Splash is working on Madame Masque and hopefully Count Naferia. I also have a draft for Unicorn, who is a Criminal, and maybe Whiplash and Gladiator as well. So there will be lots of options to mix and match with. Silvermane will be able to pull Terrorists into the builds too.

Solid design. Maggia Influence is good support and he's got a solid special attack for his cost. Feels about right in the 170 range. I like that Investment Markers are getting a big push with this faction.

A few wording fixes. I don't think you need the +Special for the Attack part of the special attack.

Thanks for the wording update.

My plan was for only the first figure to be within a range of 5. If playtesting shows it to be too much though we can adjust it to both figures.
