Just throwing this out there, but I wouldn't mind seeing him at 230 for army building reasons. C3G Cap is 240, and one of my players still prefers and uses the Hasbro Cap at 220. So if this one split the difference then at 230, it would slot into slightly different army builds. Also US Agent is at 230, so it would be cool if you had to choose between the two when looking to fill an empty 230 point hole. Do you want the real Cap or the replacement? Just a thought. Don't want him to feel like he's overpriced though and I haven't played him so entirely up to you.

In theory that sounds nice, but ultimately I think the most important factor is what army builds can you make at each point value.
