Re: The Book of Ace of Spades (Public Playtesting)
No problem. I will see if I can do it tomorrow

Re: The Book of Ace of Spades (Public Playtesting)
I searched and couldn't find any criminals that use the x, but doesn't matter. Only the rfg use the x

Right you both are.

Re: The Book of Ace of Spades (Public Playtesting)
So really in a Criminal Army you don't want any X powers at all, then you can just drop the X on him while he sits in the SZ for as long as possible.

Re: The Book of Ace of Spades (Public Playtesting)
Exactly what I was thinking. This allows ace to work with other criminals behind the scenes and keep the x on him. But with the royal flush he will be out in the battle and the x goes on them. Gives him good synergy both with his other rfg members and outside the team

Re: The Book of Ace of Spades (Public Playtesting)
At first glance nothing really too strong you must try out, but here are a few thoughts after looking at the Criminals list.
Sandman can heal himself, so being able to get him OM's right after he takes a hit would be good. Absorbing Man might benefit from getting an OM at just the right moment. Like when someone he wants to absorb suddenly ends up next to him. Or just move OM's off his card if his boosting markers suddenly go away. |

Re: The Book of Ace of Spades (Public Playtesting)
Yeah, I like the way that him being a Leader that wants an OM on his card conveniently locks the RFG out of a lot of criminal synergy stuff. (Kingpin II, Clock King, Doc Ock)
I'm a big proponent of testing units that have powers that work on blanks with Zatanna II. Could pair him and Zatanna with a unit like Rhino that also benefits from rolling blanks. I don't think that combo is earth-shattering, but I feel like we should always consider Zatanna when blanks are involved. I'll also second that Sandman is generally just a beast. There's also an On Deck Criminal Squad that would probably be good to test, but I don't think he's doing anything better for the general Criminal faction than Clock King is. |

Re: The Book of Ace of Spades (Public Playtesting)
I would say that's a must-test. Also, sneak in more sidekicks by drafting Mutant Criminals.

Re: The Book of Ace of Spades (Public Playtesting)
I'm not sure it's a Must Test as he gives nothing to the squad but I can send him the info if we feel it's needed.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those. |
