Zelrig takes out the squads and 10th Foot are just nasty. The 4th Mass will go down easily without the extra defense.

I gotta go with my gut on this one. Nilfheim can do some pretty disasterous work with his Ice Shard SA and with luck his normal attack can take on Zelrig while keeping him too occupied to destroy the 4th Mass. So let's here it for Team 2!!
