Razer is one of the main characters of Green Lantern: The Animated Series. He has never had a comic book appearance in the mainline DCU. Razer began the series as a typical Red Lantern, consumed with rage over the death of his wife. He gradually opened up to the sentient Green Lantern robot Aya. Razer eventually learned to control his rage though it would always resurface whenever Aya was in danger. He's a classic tsundere/anti-hero similar to Vegeta or Prince Zuko.

Nice, I look forward to it! Any idea what miniature(s) you plan on using? It should be a fairly easy mod, you'd just need a head with the right shape to put on any of the other Red Lantern bodies.

The bio-sentient microscopic virus known as Despotellis was developed on the planet Khondra by military scientists who were trying to evolve a highly experimental virus for use as a biological weapon. Each generation, the virus would change, becoming stronger and stronger until finally, it became self-aware and escaped. Its anger at its forcible evolution was great, and Khondra was quarantined within the hour. The entire planet was dead within a day.

Despotellis infected Guy Gardner during the Sinestro Corps War, and Gardner would have died if not for the efforts of the Green Lantern Leezle Pon, a sentient smallpox virus. Soranik Natu has been studying Despotellis in her lab since its removal from Gardner's body, and hopes to someday create an antivirus that will completely neutralize it.

FATAL INFECTION
After attacking with this Yellow Lantern, you may choose an opponent's adjacent Unique Hero that is not Tiny, remove a yellow Battery Marker from this card, remove all unrevealed Order Markers from this card, and place this Yellow Lantern on the chosen Hero's Army Card. This Yellow Lantern cannot take any turns while it is on the chosen Hero's card. After a figure with this Yellow Lantern on its Army Card takes a turn, you must roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 1-5, remove this Yellow Lantern from that card and place it on any adjacent space. If you roll 6-9, nothing happens. If you roll 10 or higher, the figure receives one wound. If the chosen Hero is destroyed while this Yellow Lantern is on its Army Card, this Yellow Lantern is destroyed.

TINY STEALTH
This Yellow Lantern cannot be targeted by non-adjacent figures and only takes leaving engagement attacks from Tiny figures.

One of the more remarkable members of the Sinestro Corps is Bedovian. Somewhat resembling a terrestrial hermit crab, Bedovian lives within a shell. His life span is measured in millennia, and Bedovian can go for at least six hundred years without a meal. Of particular note is Bedovian's eyesight, which enables him to see across three sectors. With his visual acuity, Bedovian made an excellent sniper for the Sinestro Corps. He killed several Green Lanterns during the Sinestro Corps' attack on Oa before John Stewart incapacitated him.

During the Blackest Night, Bedovian teamed up with the rest of the colored lantern corps to destroy the Black Lantern Anti-Monitor, which was powering the Black Lantern Central Power Battery. Bedovian made an energy construct bullet with Dove inside while a group of Red Lanterns blinded the Anti-Monitor with their acidic blood. With the distraction given, Bedovian shot Dove into the Anti-Monitor's head, defeating him and destroying the Black Lanterns' power source.

(or turn all dice to skulls? 2 unblock able dice plus an autoskull is too much)

Bedovian is the sniper of the Sinestro Corps. He has such great eyesight he can see up to 3 sectors away (for reference, there are 3600 sectors in the entire universe). I thought this would make for a fun special attack. I left Yellow Power Shield off the card so he'd be more of a glass cannon compared to most lanterns. However his shell provides some nice defense.

Soranik Natu is the Green Lantern from the planet Korugar, and she now uses Sinestro's old Green Lantern ring. She was a neurosurgeon before being recruited into the Corps, and is the main doctor of the Green Lanterns. Natu is known for helping Lantern veterans who have lost limbs in combat by creating replacement "Green Construct Limbs" powered by the central battery on Oa. She is the daughter of Sinestro, though Natu did not realize this until recently, when Sinestro revealed her true heritage.

Sinestro was selected by the Guardians of the Universe to become a member of the Green Lantern Corps for his honor and fearlessness. At his height, he was considered to be the greatest of all the Green Lanterns, and Space Sector 1417 was almost entirely devoid of crime and lawlessness under his vigilant protection. Due to his achievements, Sinestro was chosen to mentor Hal Jordan and the two became great friends.

Jordan eventually discovered that Sinestro kept peace in his sector by extreme methods. Sinestro forced his home planet of Korugar to worship him and he was seen as a tyrant, ruling by fear. Korugar's citizens rebelled and Sinestro lost control. Sinestro was brought before the Guardians of the Universe for trial, where Jordan testified against him. As punishment, Sinestro was exiled to Qward in the anti-matter universe. On Qward, Sinestro forged the first yellow power ring, becoming the first Yellow Lantern and the Green Lantern Corps' greatest enemy.

When this Green Lantern removes a green Battery Marker to ignore a normal attack from a non-adjacent figure, the attacking figure receives one wound.

RULE BY FEAR
After this Green Lantern inflicts a wound on an adjacent opponent's figure with his normal attack, you may remove one green Battery Marker from this card. If you do, all opponents’ figures adjacent to this Green Lantern without the fearless or insane personality must move up to 4 spaces each, moving as far away from this Green Lantern as possible. Figures moved with Rule By Fear will take any leaving engagement attacks.
