I don't know the character at all but I really like the design. I think Super Human Rage is really cool but we will need to watch it closely (especially with your intent of Shimmer being able to remove a blank). Overall, really cool.

Not sure that Brotherly Duty really has any major negative aspects. It allows him to protect his attack bonus glyph (Shimmer) basically. I'm assuming she'll be more defensively fragile, so this lets him keep his attack fully boosted while she's around. The only tricky part will be keeping them together (i.e. podded) but there are certainly figures who can help with that.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Yes she is fragile, and the negative is that he takes LEA on this move so if he is engaged the opponent can target her to force him to Leave engagement for a free strike against him where he can't roll defense. At least that was my thoughts. Also as far as keeping them together Weak Minded makes him the perfect companion for Psimon's power to get an extra activation on the OM so if you are taking turns with him that will also make it hard to keep them together.

Hope that explains my thought process here.

The whole team has a lot of interlocking parts that pull them together as a faction. I don't have a cost target for individual parts I'm just aiming for 1000 points as a team to match up with a Teen Titans 1000 point army.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

Shimmer is pretty much necessary to fully test Mammoth, specifically Brotherly Duty.

My biggest issue was deciding who to start since they all interact. I'll post it up. Thanks guys.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.
