Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

Feels pretty sane to me? Technically the changes didn't influence the outcome here because the one time Spidey really got going on offense he whiffed his next evasion roll anyway. But he did get the opportunity to roll.
