My one thought here is Rogue Duo and making sure we try to keep a semblance of consistency with our other bonding characters. It's not a Sidekick power or a Team-Up power. It's kind of a Companion power, but we're not super consistent about those either.

I'm all for consistency. I'll go through the index and see what type of companion powers are out there for wording consistency.

People seemed to prefer that we allow Captain Cold chain-bonding as Captain Cold is weak and Golden Glider is a thematic partner, and I've come around to that side. It'll happen rarely enough and Glider doesn't have a ton of offense to abuse it.

I actually gave it a once over and couldn't find any direct analog, so I think we're good - you've successfully staked a claim to "Duo" for this specific construction. I might suggest cutting the "partner" stuff, as the wording is actually simpler without it.

ROGUE DUO
At the start of the game, choose another Unique Rogue Hero you control. After revealing an Order Marker on that Rogue's card and taking a turn with that Rogue, you may take an immediate turn with Golden Glider. You may not take any additional turns with other figures you control.
