It's my understanding, since Temporal defense keys off of it, is that it's for folks that either actively bounce around time or have extensive knowledge of the past so avoid things. So I do think someone that is pulled into a new time is probably now deserving if that's the case.

Yeah, we leaned thay way just so things don’t get insane with all Flash characters having the keyword, etc.

I'm guessing 'now' was a type from 'not' there. That works for me and was where I thought it would be, just wanted to double check what others thought about it.
