If we have general ones with no requirements, we could just say "requirements: none" or something for consistency if we want consistency. Otherwise I'm really not fussed myself so whatever ya'll decide!

Yeah, if there are no requirements, I'm fine with it saying Requires: N/A or something.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Wording should probably be this, to match other One Shot wording. Which is what I think japes was getting at. The requires Unique Hero bit already limits it to Unique Heroes.
