-Give a brief overview: I think he is a solid figure, I really enjoyed testing him. The second test didn’t go as well as I would have liked but you can’t help how you roll. If he gets a couple of clones made then he is definitely worth the points drafting him even if they won’t be around long to praise their creator.

A bit difficult to read, but the changes did seem to help, but he had some really crappy luck that third game.

But at the same time, he dominated the first game and won the second game by a handy margin, which tells me even with the loss in the third (which involved a lot of bad luck, as you said), his cost should be trending up.

It's a little tough reading the report, but it sounds to me like Jackal had very little influence on the first game. I could be wrong, but it seems like the unit he cloned wasn't even used, meaning his team would have won by such a huge margin even if Jackal wasn't in the army.

I'm not saying his cost shouldn't go up, I just don't think that first game should be used as a reason for his cost to go up.

(summary).
Spidey was a complete pest. He was able to mess up the defensive pod and never failed Spidey Sense. She-Hulk made me remember why I rarely run her in a playtest because she is a force that can be all but impossible to bring down while causing devastation.

Jackal was OK. The boost from Sue is super nice, giving Jackal high survivability. Without Spidey in the mix, he would have lasted much longer. He nailed his first Cloning roll and got some help from Cage but it was all for naught as Spider-Man and She-Hulk were untouchable.

(summary).
This was a really fun game. Kudos to Karat for the build. I actually enjoyed Dredd though he did little. Scientist Supreme is an awesome leader for a Clone army. I was very impressed with both Scarlet Spiders. It felt like Oracle and Ben could be dropped to get the army under 1000, perhaps adding in Cops or Mastermind for defense. Jackal had about the best situation with all of the enemy Clone-able.

Kaine was able to quickly crush Ms. Marvel and Jackal brought her right back and she dealt some nice damage before Degenerating. Then Jackal did it again, more Ms. Marvel. It was at this point the power felt a bit broken.
However, Lizard had something to prove and Tail Smashed Oracle, Jackal and Scientist Supreme, destroying the first two and leaving Scientist with one Life left. The Spiders were able to even the odds a bit but in the end, Scientist was outnumbered four to one when she got inventive. Experimental Medicine healed her to full(missing destruction by one on the roll). The dice were nice to her and suddenly she was armed with the Control Rod and finished off Scorpion.
After losing the Rod she still defeated Ragdoll, Atom and Bucky. Refuse to lose. One of the most amazing comebacks I have ever seen.

Who won and how many wounds did they have?
Scientist Supreme (1 Life left).

This guy is difficult to cost. I never used him offensively because it just seems smarter to leave him in the start zone to conduct his Experiments which require no OMs. It would have been interesting to see him in an Insane build but I doubt he lives up to his cost in that setting.

In both battles he had ideal match-ups as far as Clone-ability but they were also very strong builds. This can be a double edged sword as was the case with Ms. Marvel. She was clearly the best option for Cloning out of both teams and he went to the well twice. This forced his opponent to not attack Ms. Marvel so as not to risk her returning a third time.

I think Cellular Regeneration is set up nicely. The super fast healers are not Clone-able. Lizard and Scorpion might be an issue but the fact that they have to burn an attack to heal and that it is random makes it a risky prospect.

I like that his Cloning is done before placing OMs as it prevents the use of Dr. Fate. So I believe Sage is the only one who can boost him at a mere +1 which does not seem worth it in most cases.
One scary combo may be Jackal and Graviton with some defensive figures to protect Jackal. Of course you still have to hit your rolls. Perhaps hitting my rolls early skewed my view on this. With a 17+ I can see it likely that you never get any Experiments.

All in all one of coolest designs I have playtested lately. He has a lot going for him. My suggestion would be to have the CRB take a long hard look at him.

I am open to doing more tests. I just wanted to get these results in so you can decide if you want to move on or not. Nice work Karat.

A fairly solid performance from this build put Jackal's team in a position to win. If Jackal makes one of those Cloning rolls, perhaps Graviton does enough damage to facilitate a win.

Even after Soul Swapping Ragdoll for She-Hulk this team just did not have enough defense so I tweaked it a bit for the next test.

(summary).
This was a fun match. I liked both builds but feared the X-Men were far too strong for Team Jackal to stand a chance. However after seeing Reverse Gravity and Chain-Gun work together I started to wonder if Jackal could lose. The Graviton/War Machine combo dealt 4wounds to Wolverine on the first attempt. After finishing off Logan they knocked Archangel from the sky. Lucky for Prof. X, he still had a couple mutants left to send to their doom and Team Jackal's dice went cold.

Deadpool took out Graviton from low in three turns despite Graviton rolling 7 defense plus an auto-shield. Perhaps I was a little too aggressive with Graviton but I wanted to keep the mutants away from the Jackal pod as long as possible and letting Graviton be destroyed was part of the strategy. Graviton just dropped a little quicker than I hoped.
After that the Cops defended and attacked well and Graviton returned to fail 5 of 6 Reverse Gravity rolls for no damage. These would have been critical as he could have thrown Deadpool and Spider-Girl out of range of Xavier, forcing Charles to waste a turn moving in and away from Shadowcat and dangerously close to the enemy.

It was pretty much over after that as no one could deal damage fast enough to counter Deadpool's firepower and healing.

Thanks for the tests T. I do think this was a move in the right direction, but it's a bit early to tell, so yeah, I feel like more tests are in order.
