Yep, that's what does it.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Finished up the initial. 150-160 looks good. I'm hesitant to go too high, since he is a lot weaker than Punisher, and I want Comedian to still be draftable, but his team did win decently both games.

160 is still pretty far under Punisher. I'd send him out at that and see how he does. Pre-yea for playtesting if you go 160.

I think I'd still rather pay 20 more points for Punisher, but hopfully more testing will pull through.

I propose we move to playtesting phase at 160 points!
