Okay, here's what I'd say we were looking at now. Is everyone okay with this?
The figure used for this unit is a Heroclix figure from the Age of Ultron set. Its model number and name are #003 / Ant Man. (Hoping we'll get a better/different figure to coincide with the release of Civil War, but this works). Name -Ant-Man Secret Identity - Scott Lang Species - Human Uniqueness - Unique Hero Class - Thief Personality - Tricky Size/Height - Tiny 2 1 Life Move 5 Range 1 Attack 2 Defence 3 Points ??? Amateur Insect Control After revealing an Order Marker on this card and before taking a turn with Ant-Man, you may first take a turn with an Insect Hero you control. Small but Mighty Figures who are not Tiny subtract 2 from their defence dice when attacked by Ant-Man. When Ant-Man rolls defence dice against an opponent's attack, one shield will block all damage. Ant-Man cannot be targeted by non-adjacent figures. Master Thief Ant-Man never takes falling damage and may ignore his height of 2 when climbing. Ant-Man can move through all figures and never takes leaving engagement attacks. After moving and before attacking, if there is not a glyph on this card, you may choose a figure that Ant-Man moved through this turn with at least one Equipment Glyph on its card and place a glyph from that card on this card. Not 100% sure what cost he should be - not aiming for anything specific, so I'd rather move that around to accommodate his abilities than the other way around. I'd move stuff around on MASTER THIEF to put all the "movement" stuff together and all the "affects other figures right after movement" stuff together. This also puts the "always on" stuff together and the "optional, you can do it if you want" stuff at the end, like so:
MASTER THIEF Ant-Man never takes falling damage and may ignore his height of 2 when climbing. Ant-Man can move through all figures and never takes leaving engagement attacks. After moving and before attacking, if there is not a glyph on this card, you may choose a figure that Ant-Man moved through this turn with at least one Equipment Glyph on its card and place a glyph from that card on this card. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I was going to suggest the same suggestion.

Master Thief and Small But Mighty are both that way though. Ideally there would only be one such power per card. Not a fan of four powers in general unless it's really called for thematically. I'd rather see some of SBM rolled into his base stats.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Intangible and the like are sort of a necessary evil to represent abilities that are on a ton of units... not the most elegant solution, but they work.
Personally I'd pump his Defense, drop the one shield dodge, and either spin off the anti-range aspect or just push in Tiny Stealth again with all its redundancy. And yeah, Master Thief is, but it's coherent thematically and flows sensibly through turn order. It's not ideal but I think it's worth a little less elegance for a little more theme here. It's coherent thematically in the sense that they're all things that Ant-Man can do, but not in the sense that they're all part of the same utilization of his powers.
For example, in Master Thief, everything hinges on a single use of his power - "he can get real small and nimble and avoid detection." Small but Mighty is two aspects - "uses smallness to get around opponent's defenses" and "uses smallness to avoid getting hit." Mushing the latter half together doesn't really avoid that problem - it just makes things smaller. Again, no problem including it, I'd just like to see it split off. Hmmm... what would you say to rolling the 'may not be hit by at range' part into Master Thief, making that about avoiding detection? (Some of the bits about falling damage and height could be cut to streamline it, and it could be renamed if necessary.) That would make that about avoiding detection and Small but Mighty about combat.
