Good to hear japes.

I am also recovering well. I should be strong enough to survive all the walking at Gen Con and should be returning to work the following week.

Marvel claimed a bunch of new movie dates today. Their San Diego Comic Con panel is on Sunday and they should announce a few of the movies in those slots then. We can speculate till then.

The full Marvel release schedule so far:
2015:
May 1: The Avengers: Age of Ultron
July 17: Ant-Man
2016:
May 6: Captain America 3
July 8: Doctor Strange
2017:
May 5: Untitled - Thor 3 is my guess.
July 27: Untitled - I'm thinking maybe Ms. Marvel here.
Nov. 3: Untitled - I think GotG 2 will go here.

2018:
July 6: Untitled - The Avengers: Infinity Gauntlet, or some other Thanos themed title.
Nov. 2: Untitled - Black Panther?

2019:

Wonder why they decided to spring for three movies in 2017. Maybe they're related in some way. Or maybe they're just getting more ambitious.

Also, I've only heard good things about Afterlife with Archie.

I honestly don't know. I'm really surprised that there aren't any concrete plans for Hulk 2 that we know of. I'd be surprised if they did Black Panther after Avengers 3 - that may well be the last Avengers, and I thought they wanted Black Panter in on te action?

I'd be surprised if Avengers 3 is truly the last Avengers movie. It might be the last one in their current plans with the current batch of actors, but I think Marvel plans to keep on making movies for pretty much forever. Very possible we'd see a New Avengers movie or something similar if the gave the cast/characters an overhaul.

Bucky/Winter Soldier's actor is signed up for 9 movies, so I have always thought that implied that they'd just switch characters when the current stars were done. Avengers 4 could have a different team with a few old characters and a few new characters if Stark, Rodgers, etc. retire from their roles.

Yeah, in the comics the Avengers Team has changed and evolved many times and I'm under the impression they are planning the same thing for the Avengers movie franchise. A1-A3 will be a trilogy featuring the same core Avengers members to establish the brand. A few new members will join in by the end. Then some of the core members will leave the team and be replaced by new members for A4 and that process will continue going forward with the line-up constantly undergoing slight changes as they introduce more and more characters to the MCU.
