I think this would work for the generals' right hand men....

Jandar= Sgt. Drake

Utgar= Taelord

Einar= Kato Katsuro

Ullar= Ulginesh

Vydar=Agent Carr

Aquilla= For now Migol Ironwill. its to early to say

Here are my choices. All the quotes are from their biographies (well, most of them):

Jandar - Raelin – “…her abiding friendship with Jandar bound her to his cause.”
Utgar - Taelord – “…chief warrior … Taelord was rewarded with a drink from a Wellspring.”
Vydar - Agent Carr – “…carries a gun and a long sword, both gifts from Vydar”
Einar - Empress Kiova – “Einar holds Kiova in high honor. She is spotted frequently in his court. Some tale-bearing Kyrie say that her visits serve not only to share plans of battle.” (What a bunch of gossipy Kyrie)
Ullar - Sonlen – “…one of Ullar’s most revered champions.” (This could just as easily be Saylind since Ullar gave her his spear, but I chose Sonlen instead.)
Aquilla - Bob, The Buckskin Wearing Indian – “Aquilla really likes Bob. She trusts him with all of her secrets.” (O.k., I don’t know what Aquilla thinks of Bob or even what Bob’s name really is, but I had to choose somebody.)

I think Onacara's probably on to something, for most it's probably a character from Valhalla over those that where summoned.

That said many of the generals have an obvious right hand man...
Utgar- Taelord (His bio leaves no doubt.)
Jandar- Raelin (Raelin was friends with Jandar before the war and pledged allegiance to him.)
Einar- Empress Kiova (Held in high honor by Einar, she is escorted by the Einar's Imperium soldiers.)
Aquilla- Sujoah (If the girl in his bio is Aquilla, he's been a confidont since she was young.)

Ullar- Atlaga (If he had a bio we could probably confirm him as the leader of Ullar's Protecters and guarantee his standing)
Vydar- ? (Much of Vydar's forces have abondoned him, so unless his right hand hasn't been released we can assume its a summoned character. Perhaps Agent Carr?

Its interesting now people are starting to have different opinions, I do think its too early to say for Aquilla. I just think that all the generals must have someone they can truly trust more than the rest, and I also think that surely most of them will have been released. I don't think Vydar's right hand man would be a Major plainly because they are just soulborgs. Now I'm not soulborgist, I just think Vydar would prefer a human to be his right hand man, thus I chose Agent Carr.

We don't have a bio for Atlaga yet, but he premiered in Thormun's Journal. IIRC, Atlaga is the commanding officer of the Protectors of Ullar, while a Kyrie named Beldun is considered "Ullar's Right Hand."

So in the case of Ullar, its down right stated word for word who it is.
