Couple small wording edits. I changed Hounds of Hell to reference Heroes rather than Unique Heroes, because Unique Heroes would cut out Gremlins and Black Flash who were both intended to work with Pinhead.

HOUNDS OF HELL
Instead of Pinhead's ordered activation, you may roll 3 combat dice. Activate up to X Tormentor Heroes on your team, then end your turn. X equals the number of skulls.

HELLRAISER
When a Tormentor Unique Hero ally is defeated, begin the next turn with a total amount of wounds on that Tormentor's card equal to their Life number. Each time a figure without the Inorganic keyword within 4 spaces of Pinhead takes 1+ wounds, heal 1 wound from a defeated Unique Tormentor on your team. If that Tormentor is now at full Life, place it adjacent to Pinhead.

HOOKED CHAINS MUTILATION
Instead of Pinhead's move through attack phases, you may choose a figure within 4 clear spaces. Roll a d20. Subtract the figure's remaining Life from the roll. On a 9+, the figure takes 1 wound, and you may roll again.

May be worth adding a "you may" before "place it adjacent to Pinhead", to allow an option for Freddy to get back on his card(since he's losing the ability to himself) and The Creeper to start on his.

He used to do squad figures too, would it just be Tormentor for that leaving out Hero, also are we cutting it?

Yeah dropped squads as there are enough Hero options. Ark had original had squads because there weren't enough options at the time.
