I'm setting aside my Sunday for playtesting. I have informed all of my friends that I will be Heroscaping all day. It is my intent to one on one Army battle with this character and Shang Tsung at least twice each that day. Then post those results as tests. But she still needs one more before Taskmaster can get started.

Psi-Flash ended opponent’s turns 1 times and moved Lawmen 1 times.

The dynamic duo wasted no time engaging the advancing Telepaths. Judge Anderson had a great time taking pot-shots at Superman through the castle wall, but didn’t amount to any damage before dying to Star Sapphire in a lucky swing. Jean Grey did good work in preventing movement, but Star Sapphire’s range helped mitigate the damage. Bishop came in early, in time to get moved by Psi-Flash, but Superman and Star Sapphire were too bulky to put a dent in.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Superman w/ 1 wound, Star Sapphire unharmed.

Cyclops is Hush’s Vendetta. Both armies take awhile to get into position as Cyclops and Judge Anderson both adopt height while sending Jean Grey in as bait and negation potential. Bishop comes in to engage some Hired Guns and help mitigate the 8-attacks-per-turn threat. Hush commands Whirldwind and Scorpion to do some serious damage after the Hired Guns start to peter out, and it’s not long before Bishop and Jean Grey fall. Scorpion takes on Cyclops next as Judge Anderson continues to fire shots from her perch all game. Eventually, Hush falls and the repeated attacks eliminate Scorpion and the remaining Hired Guns, though it was a close call.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Judge Anderson w/ 2 wounds.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Judge Anderson is a pretty fun unit, but she definitely isn’t worth 200 points. Game Two saw her as the sole attacker on the team, which help boost her damage numbers, but in reality Psi-Flash and attacking through walls and obstacles is her main selling point. Those things are both very good and can be used in a variety of ways both offensively and defensively, but I would garner her worth to be about 160-170 points from my games.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: No problems with fun for me! No glyphs in my games, but attacking at range 7 without Line of Sight is wicked fun, as is long-range no-sight defensive maneuvering thanks to Psi-Flash.

Comments in red. I wanted to specifically try her in Telepath builds since she hadn't been played with them in the initial.

@Scapemage Just to be clear, you feel I should test her as is, but at a cost of 170, right?

You're welcome to test her at 170 or 200 or anywhere in between. I didn't play her in a Judge army, which is what she is designed for, so it may be only natural that she was feeling a bit weaker than 200.

Hmm, When Tornado tested her, he started at 190 and she won twice. Then he bumped to 200 and she lost twice. Now you hit 200 and she split, with one blowout loss and one close win. I think I will start at 190 and see how she feels.

I really think she'll end up between 180-190.

Thanks Scape. I agree with Karat. I would try her at 180-190 depending on how the builds work out.
I would note that she did go against Criminals in the second game which is quite the boon and is why Dredd ended up over cost. So it is cool that Scape also ran a game without Criminals and no Brits because you really get to see how important that mechanic is to the Judges.
