Matter-Eater Lad at least can do it.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

For Matter-Eater Lad, the DO has to have a size but Galactus can do it.

I like ZJ's tweak. Not too concerned about whether we update Greatest Fear to be destroyed vs removed. Seems like it'll only matter in pretty rare edge cases.

I've noticed this on a lot of quozl's threads - you don't need to list Part 1 and Part 2 of my tests, generally - the final post compiles everything I've done.
Otherwise we're good here.
