I'm not sure about that. It reads more like you can just keep teleporting and attacking as long as you keep rolling a blank. It also seems like you can attack again when rolling a blank, whether or not you teleport.

Ronin's right... that precedent has literally been around since Rise of the Valkyrie. It's as old as Heroscape itself.

Then you can drop the second red part, but the first red update should be included or you could just stay put and attack again without teleporting. For the most part it won't make a difference but every once in a while you won't be able to teleport to a new location and attack a figure, or you will have to move off high ground if you want that 2nd attack.

Honestly, I wouldn't object to you being able to do that? It's how I've been testing him so far in the Heavy Hitters, and he seems to be coming in at a solid level right now - changing that, based on my findings, would actually be a significant drop in power.

- What should be the unit's point value? 205?
- Give a brief overview. I really like this guy - from what I know, he feels just like Scorpion. He feels just a little under the 200 pointers at present, but in Army Tests he’ll be better because Hellfire Vengeance will allow Get Over Here! to be more reliable. I like the idea of his cost ending with 5 - fits in nicely with the other ninjas and underlines his status as a bit of a loner. I also really like the idea of him ending up at 205 - we only have two figures there at present, Meggan who’s main thing is being willing to work with literally anyone and Torquemada who’s main thing is hating anyone who isn’t like him (odd bit of symmetry...) and basically acting as a leader figure you build armies around. It’d be nice to have a nice, solid, generally good fighter coming in at that cost.

Sub-Zero eliminates his foe’s defence before claiming height on him and smashing the frozen ninja into a million pieces.

Scorpion runs forwards. Splinter advances. Scorpion fails to pull Splinter. Splinter charges Scorpion, punching him for three wounds before breaking his balance, inflicting another wound. Scorpion runs to height, taking a blow from Splinter in doing so, and spears the rat, pulling him next to him before putting all his weight into a devastating blow that punches the rat’s head off. Scorpion, by his nature, is a poor match-up for Splinter - Splinter likes fighting figures who are low life, high defence, not the other way around, due to how Breaking Balance works. Considering that, it's not too bad that Splinter did such a number to Scorpion here.

Scorpion slips away, runs to height, spears Batman and pulls him towards him, and strikes him twice with surprisingly weak blows, inflicting a wound. Batman claims equal ground and knocks Scorpion out with a right hook.

He strikes her with a deadly blow not even Defensive Premonition can prevent, rolling 4 skulls (+1 auto) on 5 dice vs. 2 shields on seven, ripping her heart out.

TEST 19
Units: Scorpion (Hanzo Hasashi) vs. Conan (200)
Conan rushes forwards in a rage, and Scorpion runs up and throws a spear at him, but misses. Conan lays into Scorpion with a Barrage of Blades, but is unable to harm him. Scorpion runs to higher ground and punches Conan, inflicting a wound. Conan takes a leaving engagement blow from Scorpion to circle round to high ground and deliver a single, crushing blow, inflicting two wounds. Scorpion slips away from Conan, but is unable to hit him with his spear.
Conan claims the initiative and charges Scorpion, laying into him with a Barrage of Blades, inflicting three wounds, leaving Scorpion bleeding out. Scorpion runs around Conan before striking him twice from height, inflicting two wounds. Conan moves to equal ground with Scorpion, but his blow is blocked. Scorpion strikes Conan once more in the gut, inflicting a wound, making him bleed. In a savage rage, Conan disembowels Scorpion.

Before starting Army Tests, I'd bump the roll for GOH to 13 to at least help a little on possibly coming in at 205.

Not sure how you're getting the feeling he's coming in under the 200 pointers at present. He went:

This is before GOH becomes really good, and he gets any Ninja synergy.

Five of those were against figures below his weight class (Mikey, Karai and Kitana), Leo and Splinter have points coming from synergies on their card rather than their combat power, Splinter found Scorpion to be a bad matchup due to his high life, Batman and Black Bat have Vigilante synergies that are at least as significant as Ninja synergies, and the only figure he faced without any significant synergies won twice. Sorry - not agreeing with you here.
