ERB Power checks. Just some suggestions, based on how similar powers are written.

Going Nuts SA: Second sentence needs a comma after "during" and the attack number modification language had a proposed change in Posts #150-153. Also, I suggest we change the third sentence to "WHEN Green Lantern MOVES USING GOING NUTS, HE will not take any leaving engagement attacks." This language is consistent with other powers with similar effects. See e.g. Robin (Dick) Acrobatic Maneuver.

"Instead of moving and attacking normally, Green Lantern may move up to 4+X spaces, where X equals the number of green Battery Markers on this card. Green Lantern may attack up to 3 times with this special attack at any point before, during, or after moving, ROLLING ONE ADDITIONAL ATTACK DIE FOR EACH green Battery Marker on this card. WHEN Green Lantern MOVES USING GOING NUTS, HE will not take any leaving engagement attacks. At the end of Green Lantern's turn, remove a green Battery Marker from this card, if possible."


Suggested rewrite for MOVING TARGET, to use similar phrasing as other powers:

When GREEN LANTERN ROLLS DEFENSE DICE AGAINST AN OPPONENT'S ATTACK, add one automatic shield to whatever is rolled. After rolling defense dice, you may IMMEDIATELY move Green Lantern up to 3 spaces. WHEN Green Lantern MOVES USING MOVING TARGET, HE will not take any leaving engagement attacks."

Moving Target is already an established power on 3 other designs, two of which are released (Hawkeye III and Rocket Raccoon II)

Sounds good to me.

It would be a major headache to go back and find all of the variations of the phrasing for these types of effects (Acrobatic Maneuver, Shadow Strike 15, Moving Target, etc.), and make them consistent.
