This is the current consensus. It may change -- some members don't like aspects of this design.

LEADERSHIP
After taking a turn with Gandalf, you may move up to 3 Unique Heroes you control up to 4 spaces each. Any figures moved by Leadership must end their movement adjacent to Gandalf.
Based on our conversation so far, this seems like our best--unless we want to drop Inspire Hope.
It seems everyone is in favor of limiting Leadership to small/medium figures.

I like Faure's version of Inspire Hope more then the current one. For reference...

Ah! I didn't realize the Small/Medium clause wasn't there. It definitely should be. :blush:

Adding 1 to a figure's range will make a mess for us when we go to edit it and make it so that figures with a range of 1 can't increase their range. I also don't think the added complexity is necessary, or that an extra move will be all that helpful in most cases.

Quite true -- I forgot about that implication.
And reminds me there are a few corner cases regarding move as well (e.g. Marro Hive).
