Yes it should. SP updated.

@Scapemage , we need an update here.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

Really? I didn't remember any C3G cards that used blocks or hits instead of skulls for that matter. I'll of course defer to you on this.

It tends to be a little more common in powers like Blob's defensive power or Deadly Shot/Strike, where you're doubling things (to avoid recursively doubling shields or skulls to Infinity, presumably).

Don't think there's a reason to prefer one or the other here (blocks vs shields) so I'd leave it as is.

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I repped them both for it, for the same reason. It never occurred to me to title him though. Good call.
