For every missed sale, Krug becomes a better salesman. When he misses 6 sales he actually becomes quite formidable on the floor. If he can get next to the customer, he can get through any customer defenses. Unfortunately, his salary is just too high when put up against the team of 4 salesman from Massachusetts.
