For the record, when something refers to "Unique Heroes", it normally refers to Uncommon Heroes and Event Heroes too right

If you want the power to affect them, yes.

Yeah. That's like half the point of Event Heroes being a thing - it can be used as a way of keeping them out of synergies.

GENE BOMB

Okay, here's a revision of the Dominator. He's Uncommon now, and there's just a few other changes here and there.

The Gene Bomb is probably going to be crazy if you can draft more than one of him.My thoughts are that I could drop it completely and replace it with something else, or it could go through some heavy modification to make it work better with more than one of these guys.

I've been collecting this series. If he gets a mini one day, I'm not sure how to do him justice in our game, he's go the powers of a Ghost Rider and the Silver Surfer, plus he's the Punisher.
