I do like the tension between handing out a marker to someone just to give you an option on Riding Radio Waves or saving them to recharge someone like Green Arrow and Wonder Woman. The intended theme is that the markers represent him handing out comms equipment to team members and then riding the radio waves between them to get to that ally's location.

Deleting the comma.

If folks want him to be able to just jump to anyone in the faction, though, and don't think that'd need testing, I'm open to that change.

If we were to do it, I’d prefer leaving it open to just anybody in your. army vs. anybody in the faction. But no particular preferences there. I’ve probably misplayed it a lot as him being able to jump to anybody?

It does power him up a tad to not make him have to have a marker on the person he's bipping over to, but if folks aren't concerned about it, I'm OK making it all allies.

"At the start of the round" is standardized to before OMs in 2.0, right?

Soft suggestions in RRW, faction thing was the only thing that really stuck out.
