The Authority in general could make for some interesting ideas. I don't have much firsthand experience with WildStorm characters beyond that- most of what I've read is the current The Wild Storm series which is an entire new canon.

As a question, and this may get me crucified, but are we working exclusively on Western superhero stuff? Because I've been bouncing some ideas around for My Hero Academia characters in my head, but I don't know if the fact it's actually a manga will count against it here.
That being said the bigger issue would be getting miniatures for them- but I'd still like to put my ideas down if there's no inherent objection to it.

Would love to see some manga. I would say there is a decent chance it is approved.
I would have a miniature in mind though for anything like that.

I was just curious because I picked up a bunch of the figures (Grifter, Maul, Zealot) a long while back but I only had a limited knowledge of who they were (old cartoon called Wild C.A.T.S.) so I don't feel I should be leading their card designs without anyone else to bounce ideas off of that do know who they are.

Super strength is probably around Captain America level from what I've seen. Who I'm now remembering does not have the SS designation, so I'll drop that.

Honestly, I think I'd prefer to mainly keep em linked by mechanical and soft synergies rather than by a shared class. Maybe hard keyword synergy between Midnighter and Apollo, but generally I'd try to give em more mechanical reasons to run together rather than hard-coded keyword synergies. I think that makes sense for them as a group, and it opens up army-building possibilities for em. I think the latter is nice for characters that aren't super well-known, and won't have a Marvel/DC-level universe built around them. Gives people a lot more reason to play with them.

Don't love that take anymore (been a couple years), but I think it's at least going for the right notes. I think a leadership power and a big electric special attack are the right things to do here.
