I feel like the card is emphasizing the wrong half of the design now? Like I think the goal here should be someone who works well with Matt/Daredevil, but right now I’m probably mostly drafting Foggy as a cheap OM finder and a way to hand out the Criminal class. (Which Daredevil I does benefit from, but so do a ton of other random units.)

Hard to draw a through line to what the Matt Murdock cards would care about since the designs are fairly different. Maybe something like this which works for both Matt (extra protection per round) and Daredevils (extra attack). Could add a restriction that the attack boost can only be used when attacking figures adjacent to the Client.

NELSON AND MURDOCK
At the start of the game you may choose a Unique Hero you control to be Foggy Nelson's Client. If the chosen figure has also been chosen as Matt Murdock's Client, when placing Order Markers you may place an additional "X" Order Marker. Before rolling attack dice with a figure you control with the Identity of Matt Murdock, you may reveal an "X" Order Marker on that card to add 1 to his Attack number for the turn.

If you do that, I'd probably restrict the "X" to being placed on Foggy's card and then let you reveal it on Foggy's card before attacking with a Matt Murdock. Otherwise there are other "X" powers that are just going to have a much stronger pull, IMO.

Well you want it on Matt's card for his X reveal defensive power. Maybe if all your OMs are on your Clients or Matts cards you can place an X on Matts card.

Gotcha. Yeah, it needs something like that so you don't just dump it on Oracle or Professor X or something.

Professor X has a once per round clause. Oracle would be a problem though.

Good call. Could still double Judge Anderson and Prof X for way less cost than Loki, though.
